To operate our vessels using management systems and procedures that define safe practices, identify risks and establish safeguards against those risks, minimize damage to the marine environment in which the vessels trade, and to never allow commercial pressures to jeopardize the safety of any vessel or person connected with company operations.

To continuously improve company systems, procedures, and management skills and safety and security awareness of employees at all levels, both ashore and afloat.

To provide a safe and healthy environment to live and work in for all employees or any other person that come into contact with the company or its services.

To treat all personnel employed ashore and afloat fairly regardless of their race or country of origin.

To establish within the company, lines of communication that allow personnel at all levels ashore and afloat to have access to the top tier of management, especially where health, safety, security, welfare and environmental protection matters are concerned.

To make all employees aware that they have a duty to protect the health and safety of themselves and their colleagues.

To ensure that the safety and well-being of a vessel, her crew or other persons that comes into contact with company operations, is not affected by the excessive consumption of alcohol or abuse of drugs by any individual.
